THE COMMITTEE:
We have a committee of parents consisting of four officers- chair, vice-chair, secretary and treasurer as well as several other members who all take on a variety of different responsibilities.
Members are nominated and subsequently elected by parents each year. Each member can only hold an officers post for up to six years.
The committee meet regularly in order to discuss the current issues relating to the efficient running of the playgroup, as well as fund raising events.
The staff are always represented at these meetings and we work together as a close knit team. Minutes of each meeting are kept on file and are accessible to all parents.
